Our journey begins in Manchester Hills, Jamaica, where Aldayne’s father has spent over 20 years cultivating and supplying rare Jamaican produce, including breadfruit and other traditional island staples. His produce has supported American businesses, large retailers, and local farmers markets across Florida, Georgia, and surrounding regions, long before Island-America Produce Co. officially took shape.

Today, we are putting our feet on the ground to grow that legacy into a structured, scalable enterprise—one that values quality, transparency, and community impact.
